Me way too I have taken off uninstalled 3 times and reinstalled and when it arrives up I can not form the lic in box although I can see it it seems to be frozen please helpI am possessing the same problem!  I used to be hardly ever prompted to input it and filled out all the information and now can't determine how to save lots of it and resume tom
